How much experience do I need?
You do not need any experience. All you need is interest and a positive attitude. We believe in building friendships through food. You come in as a stranger and leave as a friend!
How much is your cost? What items do you teach?

A typical 2 hour class including a 3-4 item meal starts at $75 per person for home classes 

Typical Menu (please choose 1 item from each category)

 

  1. Rice

– Saffron Rice

– Jeera Rice

– Peas Pilaf

– Plain Basmati Rice

– Naan and one of the rice above

 

  1. Daal (Lentil)

– Masoor Dal (Red lentils)- variations could be plain, onions and garlic, spinach etc

– Chana Masala (chickpeas)

– Rajma Masala (Red kidney Beans)

– Moong Dal (yellow lentils)

 

  1. Vegetable

– Alu gobi (Potato and cauliflowers)

– Alu beans (Potato and green beans)

– Aloo tikki (potato patties)

– Cabbage Masala

– Bhindi Masala (Okra)

– Seasonal Veg (chef’s choice)

 

  1. Protein

– Chicken Tikka Masala

– Chicken Curry

– Cilantro chicken

– Matar Paneer (Cottage cheese with peas)

– Paneer Jalfrezi (stir fried paneer with vegetables)

– Palak Paneer

– Tofu for vegans instead of paneer

– Fish curry

How long are your classes?

Typically, they are 2 hour long followed by lunch or dinner

How many students are in a class?

4-8 for home classes. Upto 16 for larger event spaces

Are you available to hold classes outside of your own kitchen?
Yes. Please contact me to discuss details.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
I try my best to do so.
What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds for public classes. Rescheduling is available for home classes under special circumstances.
