How much is your cost? What items do you teach?

A typical 2 hour class including a 3-4 item meal starts at $75 per person for home classes

2. Daal (Lentil)
a. Masoor Dal (Red lentils)- variations could be plain, onions and garlic, spinach etc
b. Chana Masala (chickpeas)
c. Rajma Masala (Red kidney Beans)
d. Moong Dal (yellow lentils)

3. Vegetable
a. Alu gobi (Potato and cauliflowers)
b. Alu beans (Potato and green beans)
c. Alu tikki (potato patties)
d. Cabbage Masala
e. Bhindi Masala (Okra)
f. Seasonal Veg (chef’s choice)

4. Protein
a. Chicken Tikka Masala
b. Chicken Curry
c. Cilantro chicken
d. Matar Paneer (Cottage cheese with peas) / Tofu for Vegans
e. Paneer Jalfrezi (stir fried paneer with vegetables)/ Tofu for Vegans
f. Saag Paneer / Tofu for Vegans
g. Fish curry
h. Nutrela (Textured Vegetable Protein) Curry
